This auction is a 90 minute guided trail ride experience for up to three youth riders, ages 12-18. The winner of this auction will meet at The Children’s Farm on Saturday, May 4th* at 2pm. Riders will be matched with a horse and instructed on the basics of steering, stopping and trail safety before being guided along the farm trails and woodlands.
Riders are asked to wear jeans, sturdy closed toed shoes and a helmet. Those without a riding helmet will be fitted in one of ours.
Please note that horseback riding is a physical activity that requires good mobility and balance. Riders should be free of physical limitations and in overall good health. Rider weight limit is 200 lbs.
*In the event of inclement weather on May 4th, this ride will be rescheduled for May 11th at 2pm.
The Center is a 501c3 nonprofit religious organization. All donations are tax-deductible according to IRS regulations.
All proceeds from this event support our Camp Scholarship Fund.
