Open Farm visits to the farm are leisurely, self-guided tours, in which each family can choose their own pace during the three hour visiting time. Complimentary hayrack rides are offered (weather permitting) for paid guests. Guests are invited to cross the walking bridge over Southwest Highway, explore our trails, or bring a lunch and enjoy it in our picnic area.
Farm volunteers invite the public into each animal pen and are ready to supply information about the animals to inquiring visitors. Guests are welcome to touch, pet and groom many of our animals. Our barn animals change seasonally but we often have a variety of chickens, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, pigs, goats, cows, sheep, horses, ponies and donkeys.
