The Log Cabin Center for the Arts consists of three log-cabin art studios nestled in a forested setting.  We offer classes year-round for art enthusiasts of all ages.  Our staff of over twenty art teachers offers almost every type of art there is, from fine arts to folk arts!  We have many sessions of classes and one-day work shops to come try something new.

We are starting the process of moving towards online registration. Click if you’re interested in “Outdoor Art for Kids.”

If you have any questions, please email Art Director Heather Young.

We will start holding the 8:30 am Sunday service and the 12:30 & 4:30 Vespers services, all in the Great Hall of the Lodge, live and in person. All gatherings at The Center follow CDC and Illinois state safety guidelines. Many other meetings, classes, and programs remain canceled at The Center. We realize that the situation is still in flux.

We will, therefore, continuously monitor and evaluate the situation over the coming days and provide updates on our website, phone lines, and via social media. Presently, there have been no reported cases of the COVID-19 virus at The Center. Please check online and by telephone for updates about the resumption of programs, meetings, and other services at The Center.
