You’re bidding on a SAGE 1/4 Pork Share that will be ready for pick up the week of March 18th.
This auction is for a quarter pork share from The Children’s Farm’s most recent pork harvest. This pork was born and raised on our farm as part of the Sustainable Agriculture and Green Education program. Heritage breed hogs, raised out of doors, fed a non-GMO diet produce the most flavorful, well marbled pork available. Processed in a certified organic, local facility, all bacon and ham is nitrate and nitrite free and all sausages have clean ingredients. This bundle comes out to roughly 25 lbs. of mixed pork cuts, all vacuum packed for long freezer life. Cuts include:
