Prepare one boxed Chocolate Cake
For the ganache:
- 1 cup heavy cream–hot
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Melt together, top with a piece of cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar
Then, top with Thin Mint cookies, crushed.
