Please Note: The Center is managing this photo permit, we will need to clear the requested use with the Director responsible for that area before the photoshoot. Certain areas of The Center are open to the public, and public access cannot be restricted or prevented during your photoshoot. You will have a staff member present to host you on the different areas of the property during your timeslot.

Clear Signature

It is understood and agreed that the applicant assumes all risks for loss, damage, liability, and cost of expenses that may arise during or be caused in any way by such use or occupancy of the facility of The Center. The applicant further agrees that in consideration of being permitted to use said facility he/she will save and hold harmless The Center and/or their employees from loss, claims, liabilities or damages, and/or injuries of persons and property that in any way may be caused by applicant's use of occupancy of said facility.

Inclement Weather: Photo permits are issued rain or shine and are non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, the applicant may use available covered areas of The Center, when appropriate and available. The Center does not guarantee the availability of any specific area as an alternative due to weather or other circumstances.

Cancellation: Photo permit fees are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation by the applicant.
